Site changes & general updates

Subtle, but evident is the name of the game for the new update. Some back-of-house checks were done and updated which should smoothen things up a bit but I’ve also added a last.fm scrobbler thing on the sidebar, which will display album artwork. I am using a small image of Optimus Prime for any artwork that cannot be found.
 
In other news I am quite busy with work pertaining to an online TV show my lady has written and gone into pre-production with for RTE. It’s exciting to see it all unfold but I’m doing the rather meagre job (in the grand scheme of things) of creating the websites. We’ve yet to receive the budget money and as such haven’t bought the domains & webspace, so I won’t go into the names of the various domains that need to be propagated. Anyway, keep an eye out here and on my twitter for updates on the show. It’s called “Rental Boys”. Think clerks a-la videoshop… but Irish
 
As for this site. It’s doing quite well for an inaugural month. I have been blogging about a lot of different things. I might try and guest-blog somewhere else just to get some focus going. I think twitter has driven a lot of the traffic here, as well as the feeds on IrishBlogs and whatnot. Hey, it’s a miracle I’ve gotten this far in and actually kept updating!
 
Some blog updates might come thin on the ground in the coming weeks as I’m currently pursuing some “other” employment opportunities which would be a great move for me. More on that if/when it happens. I will always keep my twitter up to date though. I’m a bit addicted!
 
So, looking forward to iLife09. jon4lakers posted a tweet saying he may do some sort of unboxing/review of it now that he’s received his copy. Lucky bastard
